The culture of Japan left an incredible impact on me as a child and has resonated, first through anime, then kimono when I reflected on memories of festivals spent in yukata. I started out teaching myself to dress in kimono before taking professional classes. Now I wish to spread the love and knowledge of kimono so that others can help keep this iconic garment alive!
